Cresco assisted NIETS DISTILLERY and its founder in the structuring and closing of its equity financing round.

NIETS produces, develops and sells alcohol-free cocktails (mocktails) and appetizers based on distillation techniques.

The round was led by finance&invest.brussels and Spreds finance, and backed by private investors.

Glenn L’hoëst and Louis Rastelli formed the deal team advising NIETS DISTILLERY and its founder in this transaction.
