Cresco is proud to announce that it has acted as counsel to Welvaartsfonds in the EUR 7,5M investment round in Peripass, lead by Leander Naessens (CEO) .
Peripass developed a software and hardware platform in view of organizing logistics and manufacturing sites enabling logistics yards worldwide to operate autonomously.
The new injection of funds will drive further growth and product development.
The deal team consisted of David Dessers, Olivier Van Raemdonck, Emma De Brabandere, Marie Vercambre, Ward Verwaeren and Bas Stobbelaer.
