PMV, Vermec and shareholders in merger of Comics Station Antwerp

Cresco represented PMV, Vermec (both private equity funds) and other shareholders in implementing a merger and drafting a shareholders’ agreement regarding Comics Station Antwerp.

Comics Station Antwerp is an indoor theme and amusement park, located in Antwerp Central Station and built around popular Belgian comic figures.

Filip De Schouwer led the Cresco team that advised PMV and Vermec in the merger regarding Comics Station Antwerp.
