Cresco is proud to have assisted Prato, a leader in the Belgian HR-software scene, in the strategic acquisition of a majority participation in DILEOZ, a sofware company specialised in HR-automation and payroll processes with a special focus on the local, regional and federal governement sector.
As Prato already has a strong presence in the interim and service voucher sector, through Dileoz, it can now also focus on government institutions.
In recent years, Prato has developed several solutions, such as the modern payroll engine Earnie that makes paychecks available in real time and in line with the latest legislation. Thanks to DILEOZ, Prato can now add another modern payroll platform to its offering. The Dileoz Payment Platform (DPP) is a payroll engine with additional HR modules, including an HR ERP solution for end-to-end management of payroll processing. It is a total solution that integrates HR management, scheduling, timekeeping and payroll engine interfacing.
Additionally, the participation allows Dileoz to add Prato products to its portfolio. A technology company by nature, Dileoz will have access to a wide range of service solutions within the Prato group.
Congrats and kudos to both teams: Joris Peumans (Prato), Yves Bovin (Prato), Bülent O. (Dileoz), Guido Dierckx (Dileoz), Pride Capital Partners (Joris Molenaar en Anthony Van Praet).
The Cresco deal team was composed of Glenn L’hoëst, Dominik Verbist, Fleur Vanswijgenhoven and Rutger Duden.
