RiskConcile in acquisition by Main Capital

Cresco acted as lead counsel to the shareholders of RiskConcile, a leading software developer of risk and regulatory solutions for the financial sector, in the successful strategic sale to Main Capital Partners, a leading force in software investment.

RiskConcile’s founders will stay closely involved and retain a stake in the company. In combination with Main’s expertise in the B2B RegTech sector, the envisaged growth strategy will focus on further product innovation, international expansion, and a client-centric approach.

RiskConcile has been incorporated by its founders with the aim of simplifying financial compliance and regulatory reporting. In the everchanging world of financial regulation, RiskConcile provides financial professionals and institutions with the necessary tools to efficiently manage their PRIIPs, AIFMD, MiFID, and SFDR compliance, to name just a few, and ensuring accurate reporting.
