Smartfin launches fifth venture capital fund

SmartFin has launched its fifth venture capital fund, Smartfin Capital III, with an initial committed capital of €103 million. SmartFin targets exceptional B2B technology companies across Europe.

Cresco is very pleased to have assisted the fund management of the Smartfin funds with the structuring and formation of the newest fund, after having assisted them with the formation of the four previous funds and various investments and exits.

David Dessers, Glenn L’hoëst and Emma De Brabandere constituted the deal team for this fund formation
