Solhyd €6M funding round

Cresco is proud to announce that it has acted as lead counsel in the EUR 6M investment round in the setup, structuring and funding of Solhyd, founded by Jan Rongé (CEO), Tom Bosserez (Chief Technology) and Professor Dr.  Johan Martens.

Solhyd is a KU Leuven spin-off developing technology to capture hydrogen directly from air using solar energy.

The project is funded by a consortium of investors consisting of i.a. Vansan Investments, Luc Thijs, Keiretsu Ventures, Lieven Danneels and the KU Leuven seed fund Gemma Frisius.

The deal team consisted of Glenn L’hoëst and Emma De Brabandere.
