Timefold in €6M Funding Round

Cresco proudly assisted Timefold and its founders, Maarten Vandenbroucke and Geoffrey De Smet, in successfully securing €6M in their latest funding round.

Timefold, a Belgian-based commercial open source software startup, is revolutionizing planning optimization through advanced AI technology. By leveraging artificial intelligence, Timefold is tackling one of the most enduring challenges in business: the optimization of complex planning processes.

The Funding was provided by Lakestar, a venture capital fund known for its early investments in industry giants such as Skype, Spotify, Facebook, and Airbnb, and its first investor SmartFin.

With this new capital, Timefold plans to expand its team and marketing efforts, further accelerating its growth and innovation.
