Nicolas Borreman is an associate within the Dispute Resolution practice at Cresco.
He specializes in commercial and corporate litigation and advises on a wide range of domestic and international clients on shareholders disputes, directors’ liability, and all types of commercial disputes.
He also offers wider operational legal support.
Nicolas holds a master’s degree in Law from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (2020) and the Université de Paris V (2019), with a strong emphasis on Economic Law and Public Law.
He also obtained an advanced master in Company Law at the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (2021).
Nicolas is a native Dutch speaker and is fluent in English and French.
