IntuEdrive in 5M funding round

Cresco acted as lead counsel to intuEdrive in their €5 million funding round.

IntuEdrive is a Belgian producer of e-bikes under the name ‘Ellio’, focusing on speed pedelecs with a maximum speed of 45 km/h.

The capital injection from both current shareholders of intuEdrive and new investors (Invest for Jobs, Welvaartsfonds) will drive product innovation and sales strategies, to further strengthen Ellio’s position in Belgium. In addition, the scale-up is also setting its sights on further international expansion in other markets.

The deal team, led by David Dessers and Glenn L’Hoëst, consisted of Nicolas Borreman, Emilie Van Heck and Rutger Duden.
