Steven Daems

Steven Daems is a seasoned dispute lawyer who specializes in corporate litigation (i.e. shareholder disputes, director liability, corporate governance, …), commercial disputes and insolvency procedures.

Having been practicing for over 15 years, he has amassed a wealth of experience in complex (international) company law matters, contractual litigation, and arbitration. His added background as a transaction lawyer allows him to provide clients with a 360° guidance on all disputes pertaining to the corporate lifecycle; ranging from incorporation and corporate structuring, to contracting, (internal) compliance and operational legal support, all the way through to restructuring, liquidation and bankruptcy.
