Cresco supported WAD Capital and Sammy Lasseel in the successful acquisition of EURO-M Flexible Packaging S.A. The transaction brings new ownership to EURO-M, a long-standing Belgian producer active in the food packaging sector.
Founded in 1968 in Ghlin, Belgium, EURO-M Flexible Packaging S.A. is a specialist producer of high-quality flexible packaging films for the food industry, with over five decades of manufacturing expertise. The company’s product range spans IWS films, hotmelt coated films, aluminium foil, tear tape, lidding films and bread & biscuit films, with primary applications in dairy packaging, including cheese and related food products. EURO-M serves food manufacturers across Europe, combining deep materials engineering with consistent production quality.
The acquisition positions EURO-M for continued development under its new shareholder structure, building on the company’s established manufacturing base and European customer network.
