Cresco assisted the founders and shareholders of BISC Global Holding with the structuring, negotiation and closing of the sale of the BISC group, a bioinformatics and data analytics consultancy expert with offices in several European countries and the US, to Excelra, one of the world’s leading life science data and digital solutions providers.
