Cresco advised Rapidfit on carve-out of Materialise

Cresco is proud to have advised the management team of RapidFit on the carve-out of the RapidFit business of Materialise (Euronext & Nasdaq: MTLS) a global leader in 3D-printed medical devices and software, and a pioneer in additive manufacturing software and services.

RapidFit is a specialized business that delivers custom 3D‑printed jigs, fixtures, and quality control solutions, primarily for the automotive and manufacturing industries. By leveraging advanced additive manufacturing technologies, RapidFit provides highly precise and lightweight tooling solutions that help improve production efficiency, reduce lead times, and support quality assurance processes to its global client base such as Bentley Motors and Tesla.

This carve-out marks an important strategic step for RapidFit, enabling the business to further focus on its core activities and accelerate its growth trajectory as an independent entity.
