Cresco is pleased to have advised imec.istart future fund and PMV in the successful €1.2 million seed funding round for NXGSAT. This funding will enable NXGSAT to develop and commercialise its (5G) satellite modem.
NXGSAT is designing a satelite modem based on 5G technologie in order to breakthrough the current closed communication systems of satellites with the aim of enabling users, who use different satellite networks, to use the other satellite networks.
The Cresco team, led by Glenn L’hoëst, consisted of Ward Verwaeren, Aida Kaloci, Dominik Verbist and Bas Stobbelaar.
We extend our thanks to Kris Vandenberk and Ruth Janssens (imec.istart future fund), and Dany Vandevelde, Robin Mees, Timon Terrens, and Gieljan Van de Velde (PMV) for their thoughtful collaboration in this process and their continued trust in Cresco.
