FleetGO group and Main Capital in Eurotracs acquisition

Cresco acted as lead counsel to the FleetGO Group and Main Capital in the strategic acquisition of EuroTracs.

FleetGO Group is a pan-European logistics management software company that offers high-end telematics solutions for small, medium and large businesses as well as software for warehousing and route optimization.

EuroTracs operates in Belgium and the Netherlands, providing state-of-the-art Transport Management Software solutions.

With the acquisition of EuroTracs, the FleetGO Group is convinced that it can expand and significantly strengthen its activities in the field of Transport Management Software. They were supported in this acquisition by software investor Main Capital.
