Strategic acquisition of Aminolabs

Cresco is proud to announce its role as buy-side counsel in the strategic acquisition of Aminolabs, a prominent player in the sports nutrition, diet products, and nutritional supplements industry, from Waterland Private Equity. In this milestone transaction Cresco acted for a consortium comprising Aminolabs’ founder Roger Anné, Aminolabs’ existing management and Limburgse Reconversie Maatschappij (LRM).

Aminolabs, focusing on the production of high-quality powders, tablets, and capsules, recorded an impressive turnover of 90 million euros in the year 2022. This achievement serves as a testament to the company’s commitment to excellence in the field of health and wellness.

As Aminolabs commemorates its 30th anniversary, it embarks on an exciting new chapter of growth, underpinned by the strategic partnership with institutional investor LRM. This collaboration is poised to further strengthen Aminolabs’ position as a trailblazer in the industry and open up new avenues for innovation and expansion.
