Cresco advised Datashift on its acquisition of Data Trust Associates

Cresco supported Datashift in the successful acquisition of Data Trust Associates, marking a significant milestone in Datashift’s growth journey. As Datashift’s first acquisition, this deal represents a major step in expanding its integrated data and AI sevices, carried out with the support of private equity firm Finco.

As a fast-growing Belgian player in data, analytics and artificial intelligence, Datashift helps organizations become truly data-driven, from defining strategy to implementing advanced AI solutions. With this acquisition, Datashift adds deep expertise in data governance, data management and analytics to its capabilities.

Data Trust Associates has built a strong reputation in supporting clients with robust and scalable data foundations. The combination with Datashift creates a complementary fit, bringing together strategic advisory, technical expertise and execution power.

The acquisition allows Datashift to accelerate its expansion, strengthen its talent base and further position itself as a leading data and AI partner in Belgium, with ambitions beyond.

We are pleased to have supported Datashift on this important step and would like to thank all parties involved for the constructive and efficient collaboration throughout the process.

A special thank you to Nico Huybrechts, Martijn Willaert, Eline De Wilde, and Camille Lammens for their continued trust in Cresco.
