Yuma in strategic acquisition of B12 Consulting

Cresco is thrilled to have played a pivotal role in Yuma’s (a portfolio company of private equity house M80 Partners) strategic acquisition of B12 Consulting, one of Belgium’s leading IT consultancy company specializing in data science, artificial intelligence, and software services.

This acquisition is a significant milestone in Yuma’s journey to becoming a European leader in digital transformation. With B12 on board, Yuma has 650 experts in consulting, architecture, software development, managed services and artificial intelligence helping organisations to transform themselves in the digital era.

The Cresco deal team, which provided comprehensive legal support and strategic direction in the legal due diligence, structuring, negotiation and execution of the transaction, was led by Glenn L’hoëst and further composed of Rutger Duden, Olivier Van Raemdonck, Emilie Praet, Marie Vercambre and Zoë Punt.
